Exceptional income |
During the year the company received an insurance payment of £254,403 on a key man policy. The policy was taken out only to satisfy a lender's requirements and the proceeds were used to repay the borrowing. We consider the payment to be capital in nature and therefore not taxable.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
