    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008)

    ULTIMATE PARENT UNDERTAKING In the opinion of the directors, Firsure Limited, a company registered in England and Wales is the ultimate parent company. Mrs GM Parkin and Mrs A Graves, who together own 95% of the shares in Firsure Limited, are the ultimate controllers.
