The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Statement of Comprehensive Income has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

Skyline Solar Ltd is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).

2.	STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006.

3.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis. Although the liabilities of the company exceed its assets by £164,929 (2019:£165,155), included in creditors are amounts totalling £243,888 (2019:£237,143) due to related parties that have stated their intention to support the company for the foreseeable future.

Related party exemption

The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group.

Turnover

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.

Tangible fixed assets

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

10.	OTHER FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS

There is a Composite Company Limited Multilateral Guarantee dated 08 March 2013 given by Skyline Roofing Centres Limited, Skyline Roofing Centres Management Company Limited, Skyline Solar Limited and Skyline Roofing Group Limited.

11.	FRC ETHICAL STANDARD - PROVISIONS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ENTITIES

In common with many other businesses of our size and nature we use our auditors to prepare and submit returns to the tax authorities and assist with the preparation of the financial statements.

12.	ULTIMATE PARENT COMPANY

The company's ultimate parent company is Skyline Roofing Group Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, by virtue of their 100% holding of share capital of Skyline Solar Limited.

13.	ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

Mr S J Revell controls the company by virtue of his ownership of 100% of the voting share capital of Skyline Roofing Group Limited, the parent company of Skyline Solar Limited.
