The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Transactions with related parties
The company has transactions with several companies which are linked with the director also being a director or shareholder of the companies, or members of the director's family being directors or shareholders. The companies are as follows: The company has given an interest free repayable on demand loan to Terrain Plant (Holdings) Limited. The outstanding balance at period end is £20,000 (31 Aug 2019 £20,000). The company has given an interest free repayable on demand loan to Bristol & Avon Construction Ltd. The outstanding balance at period end is £24,510 (31 Aug 2019 £24,510). The company has received an interest free loan repayable on demand loan to Bristol & Avon Transport & Recycling Ltd. The outstanding balance at period end is £137,943 (31 Aug 2019 £137,943). All loans and balances are repayable on demand and are not secured.
