  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, modified to include the revaluation of certain fixed assets, and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

    Turnover policy

    The turnover in the profit and loss account represents service charge monies receivable on trust for the benefit of the owners of the leasehold interests in the properties managed by the company.
