(i) At the balance sheet date, the director, Mr N Winch, owed the company £927 (2019 £3,707) resulting from a short term loan from the company. This amount was repaid within 9 months of the balance sheet date. |
(ii) At the balance sheet date, a former director, Mr T Maskill, was owed £7,000 (2019 £7,000) resulting from loans made to the company. |
(iii) During the financial year, WHL Contracts Limited, an associated company operated intercompany loan accounts with Barnsley Card Limited. At the balance sheet date the amount due to WHL Contracts Limited was £1,450 (2019 £1,450). |
(iv) During the financial year, Kaylock Investments Limited, an associated company operated intercompany loan accounts with Barnsley Card Limited. At the balance sheet date the amount due to Kaylock Investments Limited was £15,876 (2019 £6,101). |
(v) During the financial year, Winch & Co Holdings Limited, an associated company operated intercompany loan accounts with Barnsley Card Limited. At the balance sheet date the amount due to Winch & Co Holdings Limited was £9,578 (2019 £9,828). |
(vi) During the financial year, WinchPharma Consumer Healthcare Limited, an associated company operated intercompany loan accounts with Barnsley Card Limited. At the balance sheet date the amount due from WinchPharma Consumer Healthcare Limited was £7,035 (2019 £7,035). |
(vii) At the balance sheet date, a shareholder, Mr A Johnson, was owed £25,000 resulting from loans made to the company. |

The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered office is 15 Queen Square, Leeds, England, LS2 8AJ. |
The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act. |
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. |
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
