Directors' Report for the Year Ended 30 June 2020
The directors present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Important non adjusting events after the financial period
The World has been impacted by the onset and escalation of the Coronavirus Covid-19, which was announced as a pandemic by the World Health Organisation on 11 March 2020.
The directors are aware of the potential impact of Covid-19 as the company specialises in providing services for Airport Authorities. As would be expected of most businesses at this time, the future business performance will depend greatly on the general economic recovery. It is not considered that any adjustment is required within the financial statements as a result of Covid-19 and the directors are confident that the company remains a going concern.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
