Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The Accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008)

Turnover policy

The company's income is derived from rental income and excludes value added tax

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

No depreciation has been provided on lease hold property which is shown in the accounts at cost. The Directors' are of the opinion that there has been no depreciation in value at the date of the accounts. Depreciation on furniture etc. has been provided at 10% of cost price
