Manor Way Residents Association Limited (MWRA) acquired the Knoll on 16th April, 1992 when ownership was |
transferred at nominal value from Wards Construction (Medway) Limited, the company that developed the site, and |
built the houses which became Old Manor Way. |
To develop Old Manor Way, Wards were required to ensure that the Knoll would be maintained going forward. |
MWRA was created by Wards as a vehicle to own the Knoll, and ownership of MWRA is tied to ownership of the |
houses in Old Manor Way. |
