General information

The company is a private limited company incorporated and domiciled in the United Kingdom. The company's registered office is Third Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS. 
These financial statements have been presented in pound sterling as this is the currency of the primary economic environment in which the company operates.




Average number of employees

The average monthly number of employees, including directors, during the year was 2 (2018 - 2).




The director considers that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 21 October 2020.

Related party transactions

During the period a director had a loan account with the company.  At 1st January 2019 the company owed the director £3,813.  During the year the director provided further loan advances of £1,510 and the company made repayments of £465.  At 31 December 2019 the company owed the director £4,858.
