The Company's financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

1.	General information

People Asset Management Recruitment Limited is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. The address of the registered office is Holly House, 73-75 Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1SL. The company's registered number is 07475269.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

The preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires management to exercise judgement in applying the Company's accounting policies.

2.2

Financial reporting standard 102 - reduced disclosure exemptions

FRS 102 allows a qualifying entity certain disclosure exemptions. The company has not taken advantage of any available exemption for qualifying entities.

2.3

Debtors

Short term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment. Loans receivable are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method, less any impairment.

2.4

Creditors

Short term creditors are measured at the transaction price. Other financial liabilities, including bank loans, are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method.

The immediate parent company is People Asset Management Group Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales. The ultimate parent company is PAM Occupational Health Solutions Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales. The results of the company are included in the consolidated accounts of PAM Occupational Health Solutions Limited, which are available from the Registrar of Companies.
Mr J D Murphy is the ultimate controlling party of the company, by virtue of his shareholding in PAM Occupational Health Solutions Limited.
