Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
There are no transactions in the year to note.

Going concern
The directors consider the company to be a going concern on the basis that they are giving their continued support by not seeking repayment of their director's loan balances until such time as the company has sufficient funds to repay these. The bank overdraft is unsecured and the level of that debt is not significant and as such no issue currently exists with the bank in respect of this. In addition the directors continue to seek contracts within the industry for work.
