1. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
During the period, the directors paid expenses on behalf of the company totalling £28. At the period-end, the amount due to the directors is included within Creditors: Amounts falling due within one year. Related Party Transactions During the period, the company acquired Fixed asset investments from a connected company at an agreed value of £260,900. The connected company then waived its rights to recover that amount. This has resulted in the company realising a gain on the extinguishing of a financial instrument and this gain is disclosed as Other Income in the Income Statement.
For the period ending 31 October 2019 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476 ;
- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
