1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and comply with financial reporting standards of the Accounting Standards Board.
The company has not traded, made profits or losses nor incurred any liabilities during the year ended 31 December 2013. Therefore, no profit and loss account is attached.

Other accounting policies
The company’s ultimate parent company is Broxap Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
