As at the company yearend 30 April 2020 the company owed the director Kwabena Ohene-Asante £351.80 in unpaid expenses. The director Kwabena Ohene-Asante owed the company £4,663.42 in directors loan. As this has not been repaid an S455 charge has been applied.
