The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 30 November 2019.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 30 November 2019 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

Pure Aviation Limited is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The

company's registration number is 03176207 and the registered office address is 414 Gower Road,

Killay, Swansea SA2 7AJ.

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover

Turnover represents net invoiced sales of flights and other services, excluding value added tax where

applicable.

Taxation

Taxation for the year comprises current tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the

extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity.

Current taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted.

Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been

enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.

6.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Sales of £137,994 (2018 £162,295) were made to the parent company, Pure Crete Limited during the

period. A management charge of £23,450 (2018 £28,028) was raised by them to the company. The

balance due to Pure Crete Limited at the year end was £25,310 (2018 £47,383) and is included in

creditors falling due in under one year .

The company's share capital is owned 100% by Pure Crete Ltd which in turn is controlled by the

Director, Ms TD Davey who through her company, Visions Holiday Group Limited, owns 75% of the

share capital.

7.	POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS

On 1 December 2019, 75% of the shares in Pure Aviation Limited's holding company, Pure Crete

Limited, were transferred to Visions Holiday Group Limited.

Due to the impact that the Coronavirus pandemic has had on the tourism industry as a whole, it was

decided that the operations of Pure Aviation Limited, be merged within the licenced business of Visions

Holiday Group Limited. This enabled certain savings to be made at this time which were necessary due

to the economic climate as a result of the pandemic.

A decision was made that Pure Aviation Limited will continue as a dormant company within Visions

Holiday Group Limited.
