| During the year the company made a loan of £50,000 to a Director of the company which was repaid in full during the year. Interest was charged on this loan at a rate of 2.5% and the total interest charged was £497 of which £393 was paid to the company during the year and the balance of £104 was repaid after the year end. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
