Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Foreign currencies |
Foreign currency transactions are initially recorded in the functional currency, by applying the spot exchange rate |
as at the date of the transaction. Monetary assets and liabilities denominated in foreign currencies are translated |
at the exchange rate ruling at the reporting date, with any gains or losses being taken to the profit and loss |
account. |
Going concern |
At the balance sheet date, the company's liabilities exceeded its assets by £141,164. The day to day operations of |
the company is dependent upon the continuing support of its director and creditors. On the basis that this support |
continues, the director considers that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern |
basis. |

7. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
The company was under the control of International Soccer Management (UK) Limited throughout the current |
and previous year by virtue of holding the entire share capital of the company during the period 100% (2018 - |
100%) |
Included in creditors (amounts owed to group undertakings) is a loan of £1,200,000 (2018 - £1,200,000). The |
total amount is due to International Soccer Management (UK) Limited. No terms for repayment or interest have |
not been agreed. |
