2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

BASIS OF PREPARING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

EXPENDITURE ALLOCATION

Expenditure is allocated to cost headings based on direct allocation with the exception of wages which are all

allocated to the wages and national insurance heading. Direct expenses relate to those expenses incurred directly

in relation to an event, all staff costs are allocated to the administration heading and the balance of administration

expenses relate to general expenses that are incurred in the running of South West Wales Tourism Partnership

and its office.

South West Wales Tourism Partnership have committed £30,000 of capital for support during the recovery phase

of economy post Covid-19.This support committed is outlined above.

The Partnership will not be required to repay any of the funding in accordance with clause 4 of its agreement

with the Wales Tourist Board (now Visit Wales) (dated 29 March 2005).

6.	FRC ETHICAL STANDARD - PROVISIONS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ENTITIES

In common with many other businesses of our size and nature we use our auditors to prepare and submit returns

to the tax authorities and assist with the preparation of the financial statements.

7.	CESSATION OF OPERATIONS

Following cessation of Welsh Government funding, the South West Wales Tourism Partnership has ceased

operations at the end of December 2014.

8.	EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

There were no paid employees during the year. The directors act in a voluntary capacity.
