1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 5 (2019: 5 ).
2. Other financial commitments
The total future minimum lease payments under non-cancelling operating leases were £ 833 (2019 : £ 10,833 ).
3. Accounting basis and standards
The financial statments have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS105: The Finanacial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
