Included within Current Assets is an interest free loan to the director from the Company with a balance as at 31 October 2019 of £5,618 (2018 £Nil) Amounts advanced for the year are £10,378 and amounts repaid for the year are £4,760. This was repaid in full on 6 April 2020.

At the time of signing the Accounts the UK is in the process of dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak. It is impossible to predict at this stage the impact that the pandemic will have on the business.

AG Infoconnect Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Saracens House, Business Centre, 25 St. Margaret's Green, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 2BN.

For the year ended 31 October 2019 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
