The outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), declared by the World Health Organisation as a “Global Pandemic” on the 11th March 2020, has impacted global financial markets.  In the UK, market activity is being impacted in all sectors and the current response to COVID 19 means that we are faced with an unprecedented set of circumstances. At the approval date of these financial statements the future impact to the investment market is unknown and we cannot reliably estimate its effect on trading in the short term.

In light of the current uncertainties the directors have assessed the potential financial implications of the pandemic, and have assessed that the company have sufficient resources to allow it to trade through this period.

RBGBW LTD is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Russell House, Oxford Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH8 8EX.

For the Period ended 31 March 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the Period in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
