The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Footnotes:

Advances and credits
The Directors advanced to the company an interest free loan. Thereafter the company entered into a contract with Mr Richard Nugent and Dosco Engineering Limited whereby the company paid in November 2017 interest to Mr Nugent in advance of receiving a loan from Mr Nugent. Mr Nugent has failed to provide the loan, and is in breach of his contract with the company. The company continues to seek recovery of the advance interest paid in accordance with the terms of its contract with Mr Nugent.
