The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 March 2020

Principal Activities

The principal activity of the company has been that of Management Consultants and related accounting and consultancy activities. There has been no significant change in activities during the year.

Additional information

Freehold Property previously valued as of 7th April 2016 at £669000 has been reduced in these accounts to the actual cost to the company on 5th April 2001 plus stamp duty on the purchase. No account has been taken for accumulated interest due on the mortgage secured on the freehold property of £86250 at 31st March 2020 Such sum has not been demanded in full at 31st March 2020.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
