Included within other creditors are amounts owing to the directors as at the balance sheet date of £33,160 Mr A Deol and £36,860 Mr K S Manak.
Post Balance Sheet Event

During the financial year ended 30 June 2014 the company ceased to trade and the account with Lloyds Bank was closed. There has been inactivity as a result of the banks action in terminating the banking facilities of Eshur Ltd. Also, as the subsidiary company namely First House Productions Ltd was been placed into receivership by the Bank (which is subject to challenge and litigation brought by the Directors) It is the directors belief that the accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 have not been completed. As a result the investment details the figures relevant for the financial year ended 30 June 2012. Fixed asset investments are stated at historical cost less provision for any dimunition in value.

The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered office is 434 Foleshill Road, Coventry, England CV6 5JX.

The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
