1. Accounting basis and standards
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS105: The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
2. Company information
The company is registered in England and Wales and its registered number is 11572035 . The company is a private company limited by shares. Its registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.
For the period ending 31 December 2019 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
