1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |
The nature of the company's operations and principal activity is that of property management. The company's |
principal place of business is Wantage, Oxfordshire. The financial statements are presented in sterling which is |
the functional currency of the company and rounded to the nearest £. |
2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis on the understanding that the balance |
sheet deficit is covered by the director's loan account. Furthermore the director has provided assurances that he |
will continue to support the company. |
