1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the business company during the year amounted to 7 (2018: 2 ).

For the year ending 31 July 2019 the business company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:
