Principal Activities

The principal activity of the Company has been the provision of change management consultancy to the private and public sectors.

Additional information

The company has not generated any turnover for this period. However, costs have been incurred to maintain the company throughout this period. The funds of the Company have now all been expended up to 31st March 2020. The Directors intend to close the Company after the approval of the accounts and tax computations for this period.
