The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Advances and credits
1) The loan of £10,000.00 to the Club by certain members is only repayable to the members concerned when the loan by the Club to Warman Sports Club Limited of a similar amount is repaid to the Club. In the event of a default by Warman Sports Club Limited, there is no liability accruing to the Club to make any repayment to the members concerned.

2) The Club is liable for the sum of £100.00 (one hundred pounds) in the event of Warman Sports Club Limited winding up and being unable to meet its financial obligations.
