1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the period amounted to 1 .

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

During the year a director received advances from the company totalling £ 13,524 . The maximum outstanding during the year was £13,524 and the balance at the year end was £ 13,524 . The advances were made interest free and are repayable on demand.
