1 Accounting policies
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
With the implementation of Tech 03/11 Accounting for Residential Service Charges, it is now recognised that service charge transactions and balances should no longer be shown in the Company Financial Statements, consequently the comparatives have been restated to reflect this.
