1. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
The company was controlled throughout the period by Mr D Reeves.
During the year the assets, liabilities and trade of Big D Enterprises Limited, of which Mr D Reeves is the controlling director, were transferred in to Reeves and Sons Jewellery Limited. The trades of foreign exchange and the encashment of cheques were left in Big D Enterprises Limited. The balance owed to Big D Enterprises Limited at the end of the year was £300,002.
