1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective January 2015. The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis on the grounds that the company continues to benefit from the support of the major lender.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents the value, net of value added tax and discounts, of goods provided to customers and work carried out in respect of services provided to customers.

2Company limited by guarantee
Company is limited by guarantee and consequently does not have share capital.
