| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
| with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of of goods and work carried out in respect of services |
| provided to customers, excluding value added tax and discounts. |
| Development costs |
| Development costs relate to intellectual property in connection with two products in development. |
| These costs will be written off over a period of 5 years once the development process is finalised and |
| income is being generated from the products. |
