| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
| with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
| Intangible assets |
| Intangible assets are stated at cost less amortisation. Amortisation commences when the asset is |
| ready for use. Amortisation is provided at a rate calculated to write off the cost less the estimated |
| residual value of the asset over its expected useful life as follows: |
