1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 1 (2018: 1 ).
2. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
During the current and previous year the company operated a loan account on behalf of the directors. Interest was charged at the HMRC official rate on any overdrawn balances exceeding the exempt benefit in kind threshold. There are no fixed repayment terms.
