Principal Activities

Using a loan of just over £20,000 raised by the Directors from their own personal resources, UGERM has now completed a cloud-based version of it's own superior and unique data management tool.

In the next financial year the Company will be working with a variety of independent clients, helping them to create their own versatile and easy-to-manage applications for processing their own cloud-based information

For the year ending 31 May 2019 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
