Accounting policies

Basis of preparing the financial statements

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective April 2008).

Statement of cashflow

The Company has taken advantage of the exemption in Financial Reporting Standard No.1 from the requirement to produce a cashflow statement on the grounds that it is a small company.

Turnover

Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value Added Tax and trade discounts.

Fixed assets

Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation i provided at rates calculated to write off the cost less estimated residual value of each asset over its expected useful life, as follows:

4.	Transactions with directors
	On the 30 June 2014, T Hudson was owed £0 (2013 - £186) by the company. The loan was interest-free and repayable on demand.
5.	Ultimate controlling party
	The ultimate controlling party is Tracey Hudson, a director and shareholder of the company.
