6. | GOING CONCERN |
The accounts have been prepared on a 'going-concern' basis. This basis may not be appropriate in that the |
company had net liabilities at 30 June 2012 in excess of £100,000. However the director (M R Shaybani) has |
secured funding for the initial set up and running costs, repayment of which will not be required until such time |
as the company is able to do so without jeopardising the company's position and for this reason is satisfied that |
the 'going-concern' basis remains appropriate. |
