  • For the year ending 30 April 2019 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
  • The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
  • The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

  • Advances and credits
    During the year the Company had an outstanding loan account with the director, A Lennard. Advances totalling £99,913 (2018: £86,066) and credit totalling £106,174 (2018: £66,977) were made. Interest at a rate of 2.5% (2017: 3%) totalling £1,577 (2018: £1,257) was charged to the loan account. The loan account has no fixed repayment terms. At the year end the Company was owed £31,111 (2018: £35,795). The loan was repaid on 1 May 2019.
