  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The accounts are drawn up in accordance with the historical cost convention, and are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Transactions in a foreign currency are recorded in the relevant currency. Foreign exchange transaction gains and losses are recognized once relevant transactions are converted to sterling. Assets and liabilities at the balance sheet date are translated into sterling at the average exchange rate of the month of that date. Foreign exchange translation profits and losses are recognized in the Profit & Loss account.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents the value of goods and services supplied, exclusive of VAT.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    There are no tangible fixed assets.

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    There are no intangible fixed assets.
