| Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits |
| The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the |
| company's pension scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate. |
| Going concern |
| The company is dependent upon continuing financial support from its parent company AB Patel |
| Investments Ltd to enable the company to continue as going concern and meet its liabilities as they fall |
| due. The parent company has confirmed to provide financial support and not to seek repayment of |
| outstanding balance for at least twelve months from the date of these financial statements. |
| The director is therefore satisfied that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going |
| concern basis. |
