NOTES TO THE ABBREVIATED ACCOUNTS |
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2014 |
1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparation of financial statements |
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and include the results of the |
company's operations, which are described in the Directors Report and all of which are continuing. The financial |
statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. This may not be appropriate because at 30th June 2014 |
the company's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by £49,009 and total liabilities of the company were |
£54,882. The company is reliant upon the continued support of its directors, bank and creditors, but there is no |
evidence to suggest that this will not continue and that further funds will not be provided as necessary, to enable |
the company to continue as a going concern. |
Financial reporting standard number 1 |
Exemption has been taken from preparing a cash flow statement on the grounds that the company qualifies as a |
small company. |
