1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective 2008 and include the results of the company's operations which are described in the Director's Report.

Turnover policy

Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, exclusive of Value Added Tax.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is provided at the following rates, to write off the original cost or under a finance lease, whichever is shorter. Office Equipment - Straight line basis of three years.
