General information

The company is registered in England and its registered number is 00336779. The company is a private company limited by shares. The address of its registered office is The Packing Station, Lamberhurst Road, Horsmonden, Kent, TN12 8DP.

1. Basis of preparation

The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities regime.

2. Employees

During the year the average number of employees was 2 (2018: 3).

3. Operating Lease Commitments
At year end, operating lease commitments of £4,108 (2018: £Nil) were due within one year, and £13,693 (2018: £Nil) were due after more than one year.

Directors' confirmations

The directors consider that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime. 
 

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 6 December 2019.
