  • For the year ending 31 March 2019 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
  • The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
  • The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

  • Advances and credits
    At the balance sheet date the company owed P. Donoghue, Director £32,410 (£30,009 at 31 March 2018). This loan is non interest bearing and repayable on demand.

    Of this loan £18,640 was advanced to Open Mind Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of which P Donoghue is also a director. Open Mind Limited ceased trading on 30 June 2019 and an application for dissolution by striking off will be made in January 2020. As a result the amount owing to the company is considered unrecoverable.
