In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Bass Bags Limited for the year ended 31 March 2019 as set out on pages 3 to 5 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Bass Bags Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter. 1	General information

The address of the registered office is given in the company information on page 1 of the financial statements.

The company is a private company limited by share capital, incorporated in England.

Basis of preparation

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105 - 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' and the Companies Act 2006.

The financial statements are presented in Sterling (£) and rounded to the nearest £1.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including the director) during the year, was 2 (2018 - 3).

3	Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

Amounts not provided for in the balance sheet

The total amount of financial commitments not included in the balance sheet is £45,000 (2018 - £6,260).

4	Related party transactions

Director of the company
 At the balance sheet date amounts owed to the director amounted to £24,630 (2018 - £49,788).

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

For the financial year ending 31 March 2019 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and the option not to file the Profit and Loss Account has been taken.
