For the year ending 30 November 2013 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES




1a. Basis Of Accounting
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).




1b. Cash Flow Statement
The Company is exempt from including a statement of cash flows in its accounts in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).




1c. Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.

Plant and Machinery		reducing balance 25%
Commercial Vehicles		reducing balance 25%
Computer Equipment		straight line 33.3%




1d. Turnover
Turnover represents the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of value added tax and trade discounts.




1e. Goodwill
Goodwill arising in connection with the acquisition of businesses is capitalised and amortised over its estimated economic life to a maximum of 20 years. Goodwill is reviewed annually for impairment if events or changes in circumstances indicate that the carrying value may not be recoverable.

5. TRANSACTIONS WITH DIRECTORS
During the year a balance of £33,524 (2012: 40,867) was owed to Mr M W Russell by the company. During the year a balance of £13,248 (2012: £17,249) was owed to Mr B T Broke-Smith by the company. The total amounts due to the directors are shown within other creditors.
