The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard). |

Service Charge represents the value of amounts received from its owners for its annual maintenace costs |

Taxation |

The company exists for the mutual benefit of its members. It does not trade for profit and hence not subject to corporation tax. Any surplus is retained to meet future specified and on-going costs. |
